First: Highlight all your text with your cursor. Then, in the 'Paragraph' toolbox (in the Ribbon), there should be a button that shows two arrows, one going up and one going down, and some lines beside the arrows. Click this button, and choose 1.5.

Double spacing means leaving a blank line between each two lines of text. Word processors can do that automatically, without requiring any Enter keypresses at the end of lines. Do this to set it: 1. Select the text you want double-spaced. 2. Right-click in the selection and select Paragraph. 3. Set the Line Spacing list box to Double. 4. Click OK. Not only will those paragraphs go double-spaced, but any text added to them will also be double spaced. Hope that helps.
