Question: Getting past a "log on to windows" screen?

Hi, I have forgotten my password. I have tried safe mode. I have tried safe mode with command prompt. No matter what I do, it asks me for my password above evertything. The window looks something like this: "Log On to Windows " Windows XP Professional logo and such. User Name: Password: (Buttons) Okay Cancel Shutdown... Options < < Please help, this is very aggrivating. These arn't working, I have tried all of these.

The idea of a log on , whether password is so that people can't access the computer without the password there is an option of enabling a separate administrator account that doesn't have a password in situations like this. But I think you need to be logged on any way to enable this

Aha i know this one! just press ctrl alt del 2 times and itll show a backdoor login! login as administrator with no password and your into that account. now right click my computer and click manage. click the users file and then find the account youre locked out of. right click and hit properties. it should say the account is disabled. uncheck it and log back in to your account! :D
