When my laptop(windows vista 2007) plays videos,the words play before the part in the video & the video skips?
It does this when I play normal DVDs in it,and I got a game yesterday and it does this when i'm playing the game.The sound plays perfect,but the video is delayed and skips,like a DVD in a dvd player. ok first of all don't just say " ask on ehow" or " try youtube" because i want an exact answer, this reason is because i been search for an answer to my problem for about 3 weeks. ok so i use windows vista sp1 and i downloaded maplestory but it says im having compatibility problems so i tried what everyone else does, go to properties and run compatibility mode in " windows xp service pack 2 " but now it just goes to the compatibility screen again but thats not the problem anymore, once i press run program on the " your version of windows is not compatible with maplestory" screen it goes to a box that says " maplestory stopped working" then it forces me to close the program, i been trying FOREVER to fix this problem, I would EXTREMELY appreciate it if you would tell me how to fix this problem I appreciate your patience thank you for taking your time to read and help me.

iTunes will not download successfully.Here is my issue When I try installing iTunes on my Windows Vista 32bit, I get the following error explaining why I cannot download the application An error occurred during the installation assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT,version " 8.0.50727.4 Please refer Help and Support for more information. HRESULT 0x8007054f.When iTunes finally installs, I receive the error 2 and 7 messages both at different times when trying to launch the program.I have tried to fix this by uninstalling everything on my computer with the Apple name in it, then reinstalling, but nothing works. I have spent countless hours on the internet troubleshooting for the answer. I also find it completely unacceptable that the phone lines at Apple do not support iTunes problems for Windows PC. There is nothing I can do to fix this problem am getting quite frustrated.

I have a desktop PC with Windows Vista Ultimate and I have a Laptop with Windows XP Professional. When I highlight a " " not a link, words are not colored on my laptop and then right click, I get an option to " open ... in new tab" and a new tab will open at that " " address. I don't get that option when I am using my Desktop vista . I have to " copy and paste" the into my address bar and click enter after I have manually opened a new tab. I only get that option if I highlight a link the words are colored . Am I missing something? Because I cant figure out how to do it.I use Firefox for my browser on both computers.Yes automatic updating is enabedYes automatic updating is enabled.

Windows Vista: Can not connect to connect.dll, can't turn on firewall, etc?
So i have 2 computers, 1 is local area and one is wireless.My Wireless computer is the thats all messed up.When i try to go the the internet, it says that it can't connect to connect.dllsecond, i tried to diagnose the problem and it says it cannot start windows wireless service.I turn it on but it says it has an error. I went to that internet thing on the bar on the bottom of the screen and it says that it cant start the dependency service.Third, i cant turn on the firewall and open up help and support i went to a forum in microsoft.com and did every solution for turning on the windows wireless service but it didnt work. i dont have a vista disc to reinstall it any help?
