Question: How do i get my acer webcam program back after having my computer debugged?

I had a virus on my computer and had the technician fix my computer and he restarted as a new computer how do i get the program back on my computer for my webcam thats built into the laptop?

You restart the computer every time you turn the power on. If you mean he reinstalled Windows, if he had reinstalled using *Acer's* disk you'd have your webcam program back. Take it back to him and tell him to do it right this time.
