Virus Protection Information

Question: My computer has a virus and it wont let me scan it with my virus protection what do i do! help please!?

I have a virus on one of my computers and it wont let me scan it with my virus protection!! help me please! also these very random porn sites keep popping up and im only 16 so i dont watch porn! should i take it up to best buy and have them look at it! hurry please i need awnsers!!

Reboot in Safe Mode by tapping F8 while your computer starts up. choose "Safe Mode with Networking. " Then run your anti-virus. If that doesn't work, download Malwarebytes Antimalware from malwarsbytes.org. That will do the trick. ALWAYS run it in Safe Mode.

If its locked up completely download some trial of a anti virus and put it on a flash drive! so you can run it off there, also try to find the virus its self to disable it, so use task manager (CTRL+ ALT+ DEL) and try to find the name of the process and end it so you can run you anti virus and kill it.
