I have a virus on my Laptop that acts as an anti-virus protection link. (Security Suite)?
I just came in counter with a virus on my laptop that pops up in the lower right corner saying your computer is infected. Click here to download " Security Suite" anti virus. I cannot connect to the internet, nor any other program on my computer as an error message instantly appears. Says RunDLL, application cannot be executed, do you want to activate your anti virus software now? The website is antivirone.com. I have gone into safemode, on a separate computer I downloaded SUPERAntiSpyware to my USB stick then ran it on my laptop detected and removed items , ran malwarebytes which detected nothing , and yet the virus is still on my computer. Need some help with this one please P.S. Remember, I can only download items to a USB and transfer it to my laptop in safemode.

so im sick of McAfee cause it sucks and its not helping my computer at allmy computer is really slow and needs a good fix cause in my browser, any browser i try, theres popups and it will often redirect my pages to random crap and i really wanna get rid of itMcAfee picks nothing up so i decided to download malwarebytes and AVG, but when i do this i tryed on download.com and when i download it and then try and launch the downloader it says " Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" i am the administrator, also the only profile on the computer after that i went into the download folder and right clicked to run as administrator and it still said the same thingwhat do i do?
