Toolbar Information

Question: Worried re: softonic toolbar?

This morning when I logged onto my Mac computer, everything was as it should have been, but tonight (like just now) I logged on again and the Softonic toolbar was installed onto my Safari. I don't think this has happened to anybody else and I am very, very, VERY confused. Does anyone know why/ how this has happened??

Usually many software installation packages includes this kind of tool bars as optional ad on. You might have installed something and did not uncheck this toolbar option, so it installed in your computer. You can disable or uninstall using your MAC procedure. Unfortunately i am using windows. Good luck.
