I unchecked the buttons on my toolbar for a wider screen to work on a map and now i cant get my tool bar back?

Question: I unchecked the buttons on my toolbar for a wider screen to work on a map and now i cant get my tool bar back?

What can I do to get it back ? I right clicked to get rid of the navigation , menu & address bar and now I cant right click at the top because I unchecked everything. I even tried system restore. Thank you simple N that worked after 2 Days of trying and you will get best answer.

Press the ALT button. It will momentarily bring back your menu bar.

Shut down properly , restart & try it again !! Also before completely shutting down... close all other opened screens & delete OLD & SENT mail !! that should help free up space so you'll have more room & or DISC~SPACE to work with that may speed things up for you. ! ? ! <G/ L >~!!! r '`R`'r

Right click on your nagergation bar and just recheck it
