Security Software Information

Question: Why is my security software blocking everytime i try to open my sims 3 game?

I had to update my securirt software on my comp and since everytime I try to open my Sims 3 I get a message saying "Sims 3 launcher has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. " How might I go ahead and make an exception so it will allow my programs

You need to say what security software you are using and then someone should be able to tell you. Or, quicker still, google for how to allow exceptions in that program. It's not usually hard to find the info somewhere on the internet for often used games and security programs.
