Does anybody know of a free product that has the same features as publisher?
My Dad has been using print artist on his old windows 95 for ages but i said to him that there were plenty of other programmes that will work on his windows vista that are a millions time better. He need a programme that can create poster signs so i immediately thought Microsoft publisher but he doesn't want to pay the price for it S typical so is there anything that works in basically the same way as that but for free?

But everytime when I write something it goes to the 2nd horizontal line. I am writing this in a text box, so i dont know if that matters. I also tried clicking the line spacing opition> > I lower the between lines and it kind of work. It does go up a bit but not enough. But instead of going up it makes half the words disappear.I also tried before and after paragraph and that didnt work, as well. I tried that align text check box and that didnt work either. indention doesnt work. I even tried seperate text box and that didnt work. And i perfer in the same text box to make it easier for me and to save time.So what am I am doing wrong or what am i not noticing? HELP
Do producers/publishers go after people who upload copyrighted files or download them?
I am very confused and not very good with computers lol , so if someone could explain this to me, it would clear up a lot of confusion.New stories always say that people got caught DOWNLOAD tons of files from bitorrent or file hosting sites RapidShare, Ziddu . But then other people say that it was because they were UPLOADING those files.Which is it? I am so confused Oh for the record, I buy my music legally using my brother's iTunes account

Microsoft word/publisher - 07 or 10?
I have 4 different computers here in the office. One is BRAND NEW, doesnt have word or publisher. The other 3 all have 07 and the full office package. Now, on the new comp, I need word publisher at least. The question is, do i get '10 for all 4 or get just word publisher for the one? How long can I use 07 before it becomes obsolete? I run a real estate team, if that helps at all. Any help links would be very helpful. We are on a tight budget.

Trying to send an email from Publisher document?
I created a publisher 2007 document from an email template. I went to file, send email send as message and sent it to myself to check the outcome. I have sent it literally over 30 times and each time at least on picture, or link does not appear. The crazy thing is the random things that don't appear it changes each time, whether or not I change something.I like this answer except, how are the people sending me newsletters and ads doing it? There must be a way to make everything show up. I am not talking about when Gmail says it hasn't allowed pictures to show up, I am saying they have disappeared as if they never existed
