Question: 2007 power-point help?

So, .. I have power- point 2007 and I've used it to do a diary is there any way of putting a password on it?

Yeah.... tools, protection but you cant prevent form others seeing it

No baby its not possible to apply password directly on the file. What you can do at most are three methods for security: 1. Either copy the file into a folder, and change folder properties to hidden. Now goto Tools <Folder Options <View <DO NOT SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS <APPLY < OK So the file will be hidden, whenever you have to use it, again use above method and click on SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS. 2. You can use Folder Lock software, on which you can apply password, but be very careful regarding this. 3. Or you simply make your PC personal. Just apply an ADMINISTRATOR password to it. # if you wanna write a daily diary then why pc, just buy a real diary on which metal lock is there, many girls use this method. *REGARDS!
