For school, I have 2 projects. I started them both at school, one is on word and one is on power point. My dad has mac and when I saved it to a usb and tried to open it up on my dad's mac, and it wouldn't open. And I re did it on my dads mac and tried to open it on one of the school's computer and the same problem happens. Is there a way to open it or do I have to have a pc word or power point?

whenever l click on the power point viewer icon it refuses to open .So, l had to go microsoft.com to download it anew or update it. But in vain again as l click on the ppv icon it wouldn't open. Could anyone help solve this problem

I teach an entry level computer class I use PPT but I feel like the students are bored. I incorporate humor whenever I can and ask questions. I was thinking of having them get in groups to present a few slides by talking about the info on the slides but would this backfire on me?

.mov files and power point?
I have a file in.mov format Quicktime which I've inserted into a powerpoint presentation. But, whenever I click it in the presentation to make it play, it insists on opening with windows media player, which says it does not support .mov files. How can I dis associate media player with this file so it will automatically open using quicktime? I tried having quicktime open before playing the file, but it still wants to use media player.

Why don't animating gif files sometimes don't animate in MS Power Point?
I'm making a cartoon on MS Power Point, I'm almost done but I want to make the characters animate. I made the characters animate using animated gif files. However when I put the gif files on power point they won't animate, the will only animate the first time I run the presentation then they won't at all after. It's very dissapointing. I spent a lot of time creating the animated gifs for my characters and I would like to see them work. Is there a reason why they don't animate when I run the presentation? What could I do to make them work? Are there settings on my computer or in the Power Point program that I need to change? Thank you.
