Photoshop Information

Question: Help with photoshop! :(?

Is there a photoshop, i dont have to buy, that has something like the Polygonal Lasso Tool?? it doesnt have to be professional, i just want to cut out a face from one picture, and put it on another.

There is a program called The GIMP. The download page can be found here gimp-win.sourceforge.net/ stable.html make sure you download the Windows binary.

Get GIMP gimp.org/ Bit difficult to sort out the UI at first but one you get there it's just as powerful as Photoshop. And completely free.
