Outlook Information

Question: How do i combine all outlook address books into one?

I was trying to backup my address book to my itouch using itunes and the wrong address book from outlook was synced. In outlook i have 4 different address books. how do i combine all or just sync the address book i want?

I know you can export the books to excel and then merge then and re-upload them into outlook
