Online Protection Information

Question: I can't uninstall my online protection to install norton 2009?

When i go to control panel and try to delete it I get a message saying you can not delete at this time

What product are you trying to delete ? There are ways around going to the add/ remove feature that will allow you to delete...got to know what product do you have on their now ., before I can give you delete instructions......
