Load Balancing Information

Question: Load-balancing help??

Okay I know this is when you use either software or hardware to speed of serving web pages. My only question about it is see I have 2 computers one with internet and it has a web server on it, but say I wanted to use my other computer with load- balancing what do I do? See i just want software load balancing BUT HERE IS THE THING how is the CHEAPEST way to get internet on a bunch of computers so that my upload speed can be higher for people?

With out clustering, you can simply round robin.... duplicate your web server on the other machine. in the dns, create a second ww record to point to the other machine... every second hit will be directed to the new machine.... Load-balancing on the cheap!
