How do you upload pictures from a Canon S90 into a toshiba laptop?
i just got my canon, the manual shows how to shows it on tv but i dont know how to UPLOAD the pictures onto myspace, facebook, etc. how? please tell me.
Can anyone recommend a laptop and a few other things?
I need it for college. I am going to major in Software Engineering. I download a lot of music, movies, and pictures. I do some video editing and light gaming. It does not have to be very lightweight but easy to carry. I want a screen at least 15 inches. I also want it to have about 500GB hard drive, 2 to 4 GB of RAM, Intel processor, ATi or NVIDIA graphic card. I also need a printer, scanner, and flash drive. I would also like a mouse and a laptop fan cooler. I would like this all to be at or less than $1500.

Can I record music from an mp3 player by plugging it into the mic jack on my laptop?
I know this is low tech but I would like to record the music playing from an mp3 player by connecting it into the mic jack of my laptop. What programs are there out there that could pick up the signal on the mic jack, record it and then save it as an .mp3 or at least a .wav. Thanks.Let me elaborate sum. I only mentioned mp3 player because it required the least amount of explanation. I actually want to record from an old device that has no ability to interface with a computer other than the headphone jack used for listening to.
Hi i have a Advent 6552 laptop. When i switch it on nothing comes up on the screen and after 15 sec turns off?

Please help.. No wireless connection from my dell laptop?
I recently got the blue screen of death and so i rebooted it using the boot disk. Before that, i couldn't even boot from any of the modes like safe mode or last know good configuration, etc. So like I said I reinstalled the OS from the boot disk and now i could log on. The problem is that now there is no wireless connection down in the bottom of the right corner or if you're using an ethernet cable, there would be a picture of two computers next to each other and if there is no connection there would be a red X over it. My problem is that I can't log onto the internet because I don't even have these options to begin with. How do I fix this problem? At the bottom corner, there's just a red shield telling me I have no antivirus installed and a picture of how much battery life is left and that's it. If it makes any difference the laptop is a dell running windows xp media center edition 2005. thanks

Hi, if i download maplestory on my Dell Vista laptop, which runs a little slow, will my laptop have a lot of problems, like freezing all the time? And if this does happen when i download it , and i decide that i don't want it anymore, and i uninstall it, will my laptop go back to normal?

Laptop wont boot up please help me !!!?
alright ... the other day before school i left my laptop on and went to school when i returned home my laptop was off so i attempted to power it up it did and got to the desktop then completely powered off so when i retried the screen wouldn't come on and the lights on the laptop power switch some orange light and the hard drive light were blinking. so i removed battery. nothing. i took out each piece of hardware ram hard drive bios ETC. and still nothing. when i have the laptop plugged in it does the blinking lights but when i dont have it plugged in it comes on for about 2 seconds and immediately shuts off WHAT CAN I DO PLEASE HELP
