Some typing doesnt show up in internet explorer.help!!?
sometimes when i type in internet explorer the letters i press dont show up. it is random which ones dont show up and i have to press it a few times for it show up. it is only in IE. please help
How can i stop this annoying thing on internet explorer 8?
its some feature i guess that takes you back to the previous page you are in and its pissing me off because everytime i sign in to lockerz,yahoo, or even look for torrents it just blanks out and goes back i dont want that its getting annoying is there a way to disable it or change it? also try to explain it in proper english you know like i dont want someone saying " o its in eo3p format go to the cgdj8 and remove the wiwa3 "
I can't delete internet explorer history! Please help me!?
Hello I have a very serious problem. A friend of mine, has used my computer to get in various sites. But I try to delete the history, and I just f ing can't I tried deleting it manually, but the tools > internet options, by spybot search and destroy, and even by CCleaner and the stupid history is just there, like nothing happened It's not all history, but when I type in the address bar a specific word, it shows me the site he has been. i tried clicking on the x, and still it doesn't get deleted Please please please help I want to delete this ASAP I am pretty sure you understanded what sites I am talking about, that I can't get rid off ... And it is really a privacy thing So one last time HELP Please I am horrified that anyone might find out I just can't get rid of it

When I " diagnose connection problems" on Internet Explorer, it tells me my firewall settings are set to block connection at the HTTP port 80 , HTTPS port 443 , and FTP port 21 . But I can connect to any website HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP via Firefox. I checked my McAfee firewall settings and I have the Internet Explorer program set to have full incoming & outgoing access. I also checked my Windows Firewall settings and nothing is strange there. What could be the problem? Is there some setting in McAfee that I need to change other than in the firewall settings, giving the Internet Explorer program full access ?I have McAfee Antivirus Plus 2010, as well as Avast antivirus free home edition . As far as I can tell from clicking through the Avast tabs, it has no firewall settings I can change.
Internet explorer locks up all the time?
My internet explorer 8 locks up all the time no matter what site I am on. I have tried reloading it several times and that seems to be a very temporary fix. What am I missing? Thanks for your help

a window keeps popping up when i click on internet explorer saying 'Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience....It asks me to send error report or don't send. if i click either one my computer just freezes. so i drag it to the bottom task bar and ignore it the internet loads up onto google and works fine. however now my volume is not working and i haven't muted it or changed any controls.is there any easy fix i can do? any answers apprecaited, thanks.ps it also does the same error report when i try to access 'my computer' however it fails to load. i'm using vista.
