In my IE Box thing at the top it goes ADDRESS BARMENU BARGOOGLE TOOLBARI want to swap around menu bar and address bar, but address bar won't move when i try to drag menu bar to the top.Can someone tell me how I can do this?

I have windows 7 and need to install internet explorer?
i have windows 7 and need to install internet explorer. i have the 64 bit one. i accidentally deleted the 32 bit and the regular program itself. every time i try to download it from Microsoft.com, they say i have windows 7 and that windows 7 already comes with 32 bit and the regular program itself. but i need it because i already deleted it myself. i need it because adobe flash doesn't have a 64 bit version. i am running a 64 bit version of windows 7 and don't tell me to get a real browser like firefox or google chrome because i don't like them. and NO , i did not delete the shortcut i actually went to control panel and uninstalled it.i dont like opera either

Internet Explorer Problems - Losing The Menu Bar. PLEASE HELP!!!?
My internet explorer at work has problems that the IT people in India can't fix and I need help. By The Way I am American My problem is that 80 % of the time when I open internet explorer to access Oracle my menu bar is missing, you know the one with File, edit etc... and even though I try right clicking on the blue bar at the top of the screen, their are no options to bring back the menu bar. PLEASE SUGGEST ANYTHING TO HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLE.Because firefox does not have the plug in for Oracle, so I can't bypass internet explorer and use firefox

am on firefox so i knwo my internet is working but for some reason internet explorer wont pop up i click on it and it shows its load then nothin idk y it just went out i was workin like a week ago but now it doesnt any one know y or how to fix it?also it not just internet explorer i cant get yahoo messager to work or windows media player any clue on them to?

Internet Explorer won't go away?
I installed and use google chrome but internet explorer keeps randomly popping up with ads, and i can't click on it or anything so i have ti keep bringing up task manager to end it. I tried deleting IE but i couldn't, so I tried unistalling it but again it wouldn't let me so i'm kind of pissed.okay so i used control panel but it didnt recognise internet explorer as an isntalled item, them i downloaded superspyware whatever and i have plenty of malware p cheers i've used computers for a while but i've never had my own so this is kind of new to me

i accidentally clicked that little tick off so now everytime i click on a file to download it, internet explorer just assumes i want to open it. How do i make it ask me again if i would like to save or open the file?ThanksTried that already it didn't work...
