Question: Installous instant messaging hacked apps?

Does anyone k ow a good messaging app that I can text to phones on my iPod touch that I can download from installous? I downloaded many but all of them tell me that you have downloaded an illegal copy! Does anyone know a good one that does not know it's hacked and I can use it ?
