How to edit a video with windows vista?
I'm trying to edit a video i took with my camera and i used a rewritable disk but every time i open the file it says nothing is in there but when i do open it it says it can't find the file how to I get to it so that I can edit it?

...working onI am using Mac OS 10.5.6 on an imac and find that if I am not precise in clicking on a directive in the active window when any other open windows are tiled behind, that they pop forward and grey out my working window in a most annoying manner. I cannot find settings or preferences to eliminate this. Thanks for any help you can give.
Why does my windows 7 update EVERY-TIME i shut down.?

How can I change how folders look in Windows 7?
I've recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7, and I find it very difficult to navigate my numerous picture folders because of how they look now. In Windows XP, folders were grid based and easy to look at and organize, especially since I have custom folder icon pictures for each individual folder, so I don't have to read them. In Windows 7 and Vista folders are shown from a weird diagonal angle with tons of previews of pictures in the folder, and frankly, it's an eyesore and very difficult to navigate. What I love about XP is that I can quickly and easily browse all my folders with lightning speed because the distinct folder icons are unique because of the icons, and because of the fact that each folder is square shaped, not askew with ugly papers hanging out the sides. They say Windows 7 is supposes to be so much easier and user friendly, but I can't stand the sight of how the graphics look and the cluttered graphics actually make things harder for me.So, is it possible to make my folders look like they used to in the good old days? I'm running Windows 7 home premium if that helps.
My Windows XP desktop started to load, but all the sudden it just stopped like someone uinplugged it.?
then when I unplugged it my self the green light on the back of the tower blinks for a few minutes.plug it in and the light stops, but the computer will do nothing at all

Windows XP making a clicking sound like it's trying to open a program but nothing happens?
For a last few days my computer has been making these clicking sounds. They happen in a series of 2 3 clicks every 5 10 minutes. the sound isn't coming from the computer hardware it sounds like windows is trying to open something. I'm guessing the problem is with MSN messenger because when it opens it usually opens and brings up " MSN today" but it hasn't been doing it since this problem has started. i think it keeps trying to boot up MSN today. when the clicking happens it will usually click away from whatever window i'm using so if i'm typing i need to click the screen before it will continue typing in the text field. I thought it might be a virus but i'm scanned it with malware bytes and AVG free and both results have come up clean so i don't know what it could be. i've also tried doing a system restore to a restore point from a week ago before the problem started and that didn't work either.i haven't noticed this problem when i'm playing fullscreen games it seems to only happen when i'm using firefox. or have nothing but msn running. does anyone know how to fix this problem?
