Http:/ / one.com/ has been many times rewarded as beeing best AND cheapest and I love them too. Just have a look at their website. I have 5 websites hosted there, never had any difficulty.

I'd go with HostGator or Dreamhost definately. Both will give you the best support of any hosting company around. Dreamhost is employee owned, so they seem like they truly care about their customers. Hostgator has awsome support. I have accounts with Dreamhost, Godaddy, Hostgator, and BlueHost. Withouth a doubt, of all those Dreamhost and Hostgator by far have been the best. There are so many companies to choose from. You also need to take into account the location of the datacenter.
