What is the issue when i try to add a partition to my computer's hard disk with the LFS Linux?
When I add a partition with LFS in VM VirtualBox, the cfdisk command works with no problem and i can set everything up. When I run the command with the Boot disk I burned from LFS, it boots properly and runs, but when i run the cfdisk command, nothing happens. Whats wrong?Ok, i have more info on the error to supply. The error is as follows FATAL ERROR Bad primary partition 2 Partition ends in the final cylinder. Press any key to exit cfdisk.When this error occurs, for some reason, it references to the 3rd partition on my PC which is my recovery partition and is restricted from any access. How to i make cfdisk change its partition status from 2 to the FAT32 i have reserved for linux, which is 4 if i'm correct.
