Can I brows the contents of my flash memory (USB Connection) through DOS Operating System? I don’t know the name of the directory assigned to my flash memory. What is the command to be typed in DOS to view the contents?

Not unless you have usb for dos installed, you can do it under dos in a dos window in windows where it will show up as a drive
