What outgoing ports should I block in my firewall?
I have Comodo firewall installed on my computer. On the firewall rules, these are what I've put in Blocked all incoming TCP or UDP connecting coming into ports 1 through 21, then 23 through 79, 81 through 442, and finally 444 till 65535. So basically, the only incoming connections I get will have to be made through ports 22, 80, or 443. I don't know about outgoing connections though. And does it really matter what outgoing connections I make? I mean, can it really affect security? Isn't it only incoming ports you should be worried about? If I'm wrong, then what outgoing ports should I keep open?I've also configured the Windows firewall the same way. I like Comodo better. Just temme if what I've done is secure? And if not, how can I make it more secure?

Help with Norton Firewall please!?
Maybe I'm just being paranoid but I have Norton for Mac OS X. I am trying to install World of Warcraft via Battle.net downloader. I noticed that the connection would be really fast for a few minutes, but would slowly get down to about 7kbps. I turned on Connection Blocker for the firewall and now a window keeps poping up saying " The computer " 100.45.30..." or some other random number, would keep popping up. The connection is fast, but I keep getting that message. What's going on?
