I have 2 internet connections from 2 different ISP. Is there a possibility for me to configure load balancing and failover internet connection on my pc? My pc has XP sp3 professional as operating system. I also have 1 wireless NIC installed. Please if it is possible, please tell me how to go about it or point me to websites were I can get further information.

To my knowledge, there is no software that does this. This is a function that is best left to a hardware router. The RV042 is a load balancing, dual WAN router and costs around $120.
