So i want to see what files i have on my Recovery Disk before i do disk cleanup, but i don`t know how.And i dont want to delete anything that i need can you help me?Please?

That recovery disc is for reinstalling the operating system, not cleaning up. If you go here and download CCleaner it will do the job for you plus many others. ccleaner.com/
