Backup Software Information

Question: Easy hard drive backup software for begginers?

Hey guys, my gran has a computer and she wants to back up her files on her portable hdd, so she went to the shop and the guy there gave her some crazy backup software that slows everything down and and uses terms she doesnt understand, its getting her annoyed. So, I was wondering if there was any free software she could get that would be relatively easy for her to use. If there isnt really any, or there's a better solution, please say. thanks in advance!

Every version of windows lets you copy files to almost anywhere. look in windows help

Hey if she has vista she can just go to * start control panel system and maintenance back up and restore center then click back up my files. * if she does not have vista * go my computer then right hand click and copy then open up the portable hard drive and click paste * if that does not work send me an e-mail hope this helped
