Using another computer download Dr.Web Live CD .iso and burn it to a cd. Put the cd in your cd drive and boot from it. let it scan the computer and cure all the infections. Reboot from the cd a second time and run the scan again to make sure the infections are gone then reboot normally. You can then run Malwarebytes if needed. |

Many of the repairs listed will work, but first you need to boot in safe mode. While starting your computer, hit F8 until you are prompted with a menu of options on how to start windows, and choose safe mode with networking. You should then be able to run malwarebytes. Also run your antivirus. Once this is done you should be able to boot into normal mode. When you do, run the programs again to be sure you got everything. If there's still an issue download DR Webs Cureit and run that. It will take a while to run, but is effective. |
